The Role

In this permanent Bid Coordinator role, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager, the role includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Engaging and interacting with clients and maintain business relationships

  • Administration, minute taking and meeting arrangements

  • Develop bid proposals and tender responses

  • Maintain crucial documents to ensure they are up to date

  • Manage tender portal information

  • Monitor schedules and deadlines for projects

  • Assist in business development activities

  • Coordinate projects which involve market research and tender responses

  • Monitor external competitors' activities

Your Profile

The essential skills and experience required:

* 3+ years experience in a Bid Coordinator or Tender writing role
* Experience in developing tender proposals
* Professional composure with excellent communication skills
* Friendly with great interpersonal skills
* Multitasking capabilities
* Extremely organised
* Exceptional time management
* Microsoft Suite experience
