The organization is an industry leader in the cloud services industry who over the last 6 years has developed a national footprint with the resources to support any business no matter where their location. Culture plays a big part and they are looking for a driven hard-working professional who is looking to work their way up the ranks
You'll be responsible for pre-sale, post-sale and customer relationship management. You will be trained on the organisations product offerings which you will then need to be able to present the right solution to existing and new customers, determine their key requirements and ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers with a sound knowledge of the products
- KPI Driven
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve sales budgets set out annually
- Contact customer leads both warm and cold
- Customer management within organisation's CRM
You're a confident individual with prior experience building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, your sales driven with good presentation skills. You have a high capacity to work autonomously and have a competitive spirit.
In addition, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Business administration experience
- KPI Driven
- Marketing skills
- Ability to manage your own time and plan a day effectively
- High level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Passionate and drive about learning new technologies
