Robert Half is currently recruiting for a highly regarded well recognised organisation based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. You will be supporting the organisation in handling an increased workload and so must be confident and capable of dealing with times of high pressure. This is a 3 month role and holds a focus on identifying continuous improvement and efficiencies within the procure to pay function.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Systems Integration / Improvement
- Development and documentation of processes
- Identify continuous improvement to current processes.
- Identify cost improvements
- Training staff
- Stakeholder relationship management
In applying for this position you will need to have demonstrated experience in analysis and improvement of procure to pay processes. You will need to be an excellent communicator across all levels of business, be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team. Experience using SAP is essential.
