The Company

This company is seeking a receptionist who has previously worked in the aged care sector. Based in Clayfield, this is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in the front office whilst offering friendly and professional service to all of those involved in the company. This is a busy role for someone who enjoys working proactively and in a sociable environment.

The Role

As a Receptionist you responsibilities would include:

  • Managing and booking meetings
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering all incoming calls and taking down detailed messages when required
  • Directing and redirecting visitors
  • Organising catering for meetings and events
  • General administration

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and preferably in an aged care facility within the past 2 years. The successful candidate will be capable to work in a temporary capacity. You will be a highly professional and charismatic, with strong written and oral communication and present well.

This role is due to start next week, so you must be immediately available and able to interview this week.
