This company within the construction industry is looking for an experienced temporary administration officer. Due to an influx of work, the team needs an experienced candidate to assist the team. This organisation boasts a fun yet hard working environment. This is a great opportunity to join a great team where you can utilise your skill-set in a varied role for a minimum of 3 months.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing calls
- Preparation and collating contracts and documentation
- Preparation of council application/submissions and lodgements
- Liaising with the council for all approvals
- Communicating all updates to the clients
- Supporting the projects team for any administrative duties
The successful candidate will have a friendly, confident personality and the ability to deal with high pressure situations. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. This will be a very busy role, so our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and is adaptable.
The successful candidate will be immediately available and will be able to commit to a minimum of three months. It is essential you have recent experience in a similar role within construction or engineering industries.
