IT Support Analyst

A well established, ASX listed company with over 400 stores/clinics across ANZ.
You will be providing (primarily) desktop support to internal users at our Head Office, working across technologies including Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory, Outlook, ServiceNow Ticketing and be exposed to basic networking, supporting up to 200 users.
IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 9 months experience working in a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment. You will be familiar with our technologies and have superb customer service skills, as you will be providing primarily face to face support to our 200 Head Office Users. We are looking for a social, outgoing and friendly IT Support Analyst to be part of our great team and progress with our company as we expand!
