Description

This national client based in North Sydney is currently looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to join their team.

As a Technical Project Coordinator/Manager you will need to be able to work closely with the team of 8 engineers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. The majority of projects you will be working on will be delivering cloud migration solutions to clients.

The role will involve liaising with clients to define the project requirements, scope and objectives as well as working with the business to provide weekly reports to the management team.

Previous experience dealing from on premise to cloud migrations will be beneficial. Azure, AD and Exchange experience is preferable.

Key Skill Set / Experience needed:

  • Prior experience working in an MSP environment.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team to make sure adequate resources are in place.
  • Experience working with pre-sales engineers to prepare scopes of work documents
  • Managing and overseeing on premise to Cloud Migrations, Microsoft AZURE, AD, Exchange
  • Previous Project/Infrastructure Engineer background
  • Cloud migration experience
  • Strong timekeeping, prioritization and delivering to deadline is a must
  • Ability to identify risks and issues before they are a problem
  • Excellent Customer/Client Focus
  • High level technical experience (Technical role)
  • Expertise working with the Microsoft applications
  • Passionate about a career in Project Management/Coordination

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of the fundamentals and frameworks (PMBoK/Prince2)
  • ITIL qualifications (highly desirable)
