The Role

  • Exceptional communicator/influencer - both personal and written
  • Must have experience in similar role - 5 years office or project management experience.
  • Recruitment and training of new staff
  • Diary Management of CEO
  • Very organized and have a mature understanding of an office environment
  • Mangement of assets and register ( mobile devices, keys and cards)
  • Staff probation, performance, annual and interim reviews
  • Organise internal events, conferences and training sessions
  • Management of two project/office administrators

You will become a key part of the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your Profile

You will be an experienced in Office/Project Management or similar role. Lisasing with IT support provides and experience with IT upgrades, telephony and premises management would be ideal. Both written and verbal communication and time management skills are a must. If you are highly motivated and are a results driven candidate who can handle a fast paced environment then apply now!
