Junior Support Analyst

A rapidly growing company on the North Shore of Sydney with a great office environment and the opportunity to progress into bigger and better things!
- The position is perfect for a recent graduate (6 months exp) that has worked in and around a service desk environment and is familiar in a professional environment. You will be the first point of contact for our internal users and be dedicated to providing a great level of service. You will have exposure to a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to:
- Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Networking (LAN/WAN)
IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be the first point of contact in our IT team. You will be comfortable working in a high paced environment with an ability to multitask and prioritize. Familiarity with the technologies we use is important, you will require exposure to the technology listed above. Look forward to hearing from you!
