Our client is expanding rapidly in the health sector and is seeking a strong Administrator who has at least 1 year of admin experience to join the Sydney office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has strong attention to details and communication skills to develop their career.
Predominately the role will be that of Administrator and a junior PA. Main duties will include:
· General admin duties
· Admin support to CFO eg. diary management and travel booking
· Provide office management assistance eg. Ordering stationery, supplies
· Assist with the planning of office events
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has a minimum of 1 year of administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess time management skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this environment. (Working holiday visa is encouraged to apply)
