A rapidly expanding medical organization, with over 120 internal users within their Sydney based office. Offering a highly regarded service within the healthcare industry and one of Australia's largest operators of private hospitals and clinics.
As a technical desktop support analyst you will be working alongside an experienced, social team who are responsible for supporting all end-users across a variety of hardware, software and in-house applications.
This will be a demanding yet highly rewarding opportunity, where you will be providing face-to-face level 1-3 IT support across a flat-structured working environment dealing with a variety of users including executives and senior stakeholders.
You will be exposed to a range of new technology, unique to this medical company. You will also be assisting in other operations and projects as you work collaboratively with other technical engineers across networking, security and infrastructure.
ARE YOU SUITABLE:
To be successful in this role you must have at least 4 years' experience in a level 2-3 desktop support role, troubleshooting and supporting:
This is a very broad role, working with a small IT team, where you will need to have a down-to-earth and approachable personality who genuinely enjoys helping others.
This is a full time, permanent role located in North Sydney and is offering $70,000 -75000 (including super), conditional on experience.
