THE COMPANY:

Based on the North Shore of Sydney, we are an established, growing MSP looking for the next Leader of our Service Desk Team to come on board.

THE ROLE:

Ensuring our clients are being catered for, you will act as an escalation point/team lead for the Service Desk Team. You will be working with technologies including but not limited to:

  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • VMware
  • Outlook
  • Exchange
  • Citrix

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?

You MUST have at least 2 years' experience working in a Service Desk Environment. At an absolute minimum, you will be a very strong level 2/working as some sort of escalation point but ideally have experience working as a Team Lead and dealing with the issues that the front line have been unable to resolve. It is a high paced environment and MSP experience will be highly regarded. You will have fantastic communication skills and feel comfortable coaching/mentoring those working alongside you.
