An ASX listed company with stores/clinics across ANZ, we are looking for someone to join our IT team!


You will be providing desktop support to internal users at our Head Office, working across technologies including Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory, Outlook, Microsoft Office and be exposed to basic networking, where you will be supporting 150+ uses.


To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 6 months experience working on a Service Desk. Technologies you will be familiar with include:

  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Active Directory
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Office
  • ServiceNow Ticketing (advantage not essential)
  • Networking exposure (WAN/LAN)

We are looking for someone who will be able to provide the necessary support (Level 1/2) to our users, but will also be friendly face that enjoys a chat with our team.
