Due to the retirement of the Payroll Manager, an opportunity is available for a Payroll Manager to join the organization and lead a passionate and tenured payroll team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager and leading a team of 3 in payroll using Neller Preceda, your responsibilities as Payroll Manager will involve:
As the successful Payroll Manager you will have prior experience managing a payroll team. You have excellent knowledge of payroll legislation related to PAYG, FBT, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and you are well versed in Enterprise Agreements and Industry Awards. Whilst you will be reporting into finance, you will be working closely with the human resources team and your knowledge of human resources related issues will be highly regarded. Your communication, interpersonal and customer services skills are your strengths, as is your ability to lead a team and motivate your staff.
