A growing mobile capacity provider based in Sydney's North Shore. This company offers a motivating and enthusiastic working environment, with a broad exposure to a range of different technologies surrounding the mobility support space.
The company is also offering extensive solution training and the opportunity to gain your certificate in VMWare and Mobile Device Management, funded by the firm, allowing you to internally progress into mobility engineering & architect roles.
As a Digital Workspace Support Executive, you will be providing telephone, email based and face-to-face support to a range of clients, troubleshooting for issues surrounding hardware, software, operating systems and applications related to mobility.
Additionally, you will responsible for managing tickets, including entering data into the appropriate inhouse applications.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need over 2 years' experience in an IT support role around the mobility space, and Australian Citizenship (required for clearance with government clients).
You will also need to be experienced in the following technologies:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Sydney, where you will be working on a rotational roster between 8am till 6pm.
