The Level 1 Network/Service Desk Support Technician is a newly created role as the company has just gone through an IPO and has big plans to grow.
Reporting into the Service Desk Lead/IT Manager, you will be responsible for Level 1 support (phone & email) and a small amount of face to face desktop support for 800 internal users.
You will need to have at least 6 months experience on a service desk or in a similar role/environment and the ability to work at a fast paced where you are responsible for managing your workload and priorities effectively.
