A well established and fast growing Managed Service Provider looking for a Service Desk Analyst to learn and develop with the company.
As a level 1 Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing both face to face and remote support to clients, as well as ongoing maintenance to meet the clients' expectations.
The technologies you will be working across include:
ARE YOU SUITABLE?
You will need to have at least 6 months experience on a service desk in a similar role/environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple areas is absolutely essential to the role. You will have regular face to face interaction with people from all levels and must be comfortable providing support to these users. Customer Service is a pivotal aspect of the job and a desire to go above and beyond is necessary to succeed.
Knowledge of the technology/s used is essential.
This is a full time permanent role based in North Sydney and offering a 55k package.
