We provide Aged Care and Disability support services with 30+ franchises across Australia. Our office located close to public transport, we are looking for someone who wants to avoid the long commute to the city and stay local for work.
Working directly with the IT Manager, you will be providing Level 1 and 2 support to our office staff and our franchises across Australia. The customer service you will be providing ranges across technologies including but not limited to :

We are a small office on the Northern Beaches and are looking for someone to join our fun team. We enjoy a chat but also understand that we are there to work, so work does come first. 12+ months of experience in a Helpdesk environment is essential to the role, and you will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects/have heavy involvement of all aspects of IT in our company. You will have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written and appreciate you are there to assist other people's IT requirements.
