A growing mobility services provider based in Sydney's North Shore. This company offers a motivating and enthusiastic working environment, with a broad exposure to a range of different technologies surrounding the mobility support space.
The company is offering extensive solution training and the opportunity to gain your certificate in VMWare and Mobile Device Management (MDM), allowing you to internally progress into mobility engineering & architect roles.
As a Level 1 IT Support Analyst, you will be providing telephone, email based and face-to-face support to a range of clients, troubleshooting for issues surrounding the mobility space around Apple, Android and Blackberry devices.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need 6-12 months experience in an IT support role, with some exposure to mobile management (Apple & Android) and a keen interest in the mobile device space. To qualify for this role you MUST have Australian Citizenship.
You will also need to be experienced in the following technologies:
- iOS, Android, Windows OS
- Blackberry, Google Android Devices, Apple iPhone and Apple iPad
This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Sydney, where you will be working on a rotational roster between 8am till 6pm. The salary for this role will be $50k + super, and the company will be providing extensive solution training, including certifications in MDM and VMWare.
