An established visual technology company that are continuing to expand their Sydney office. They offer a product line across LCD display, touch screen monitors and video conferencing technology which they offer to a global customer base.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be the first technical point on contact, working through tickets an exceptional level of customer service. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Mix of phone, on premise (travel involved), and remote support;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to resolution or escalate when required;
  • Closely working with and understanding the functionality of LCD and AV products;
  • Supporting hardware, operating systems and other technical components.

A SUITABLE CANDIDATE?

You will be experienced with both troubleshooting and solving problems to drive various technical solutions throughout the business, provide excellent customer service to users.

You will have:

  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for hardware and software;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Experience supporting a Windows environment (AD / Exchange / Microsoft Suite);
  • Customer focused individual, a self-starter who is motivated to learn.
