An established visual technology company that are continuing to expand their Sydney office. They offer a product line across LCD display, touch screen monitors and video conferencing technology which they offer to a global customer base.

In this role, you will be the first technical point on contact, working through tickets an exceptional level of customer service. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
