Robert Half has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the Medical industry. This company are located just a few minutes' walk from a train station and have surrounding bus stops, cafes and shops. Due to company growth they are able to take on an Officer to sit in their finance team in an entry level role to start immediately. This will be a temporary role for approximately 2-3 months dependent on your performance before being made permanent.
As the successful candidate you will work in a supportive team and will perform duties that include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls,
- Taking payments over the phone,
- Dealing with invoicing and investigating issues,
- Customer service dealing with client queries,
- Liasing with a third party debt collection agency,
- Other duties as required by your manager.
Ideally you will be hard-working and eager to learn new skills with at least 9-12 months experience working in an Administration or Accounts role. You will bring to the role basic to intermediate Excel knowledge and strong written and oral communication skills. Experience working within a Medical organisation would be advantageous however is not essential. You will be confident in your customer service skills and will be immediately available to start work.
