The Company

This mid-sized law firm provides tailored legal advice to clients across Australia and internationally. Included in their broad client base are large and small businesses, government departments, major insurance firms, not-for-profit organisations and private clients.

The Role

Provide administrative support and reception cover for this legal firm and team of legal professionals.

  • Franking Mail
  • Sorting and Distributing mail
  • Daily banking & deliveries
  • Photocopying
  • Reception cover on a regular basis (1.5 hours per day)
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and tidy after all meetings
  • Providing tea/coffee/water etc for clients/visitors
  • Answering telephones and taking messages
  • Checking emails
  • Sorting stationery orders
  • General tidying of kitchen (Dishwasher, unpacking groceries, etc)
  • Assisting office manager where required
  • General administrative duties for nominated professional solicitors.

Your Profile

Essential Qualifications And Experience:

  • Completion of a Secretarial or Business qualification
  • Entry level or 1-2 years' administration experience
  • MS office computer skills
