The Mount Waverley office opened in 2006 and serves our clients based in the South East of Melbourne. The region is huge and the client list is extensive. We have a number of high performing, tenured consultants who have been with the business since we opened Mt Waverley and some who have worked in multiple offices all over the world. There is no shortage of knowledge here.
Following the growth of the business both globally and locally, we are looking for an internal consultant to join Robert Half's specialized division called Management Resources - the leader in project and interim consulting resources.
With an internal focus, your responsibilities will involve recruiting and developing a network of highly skilled candidates with specialized skillsets to assist organisations with their business challenges.
Leveraging your network, you will match project professionals with the technical and industry expertise to assist with mission critical initiatives and assignments from a loyal and warm list of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Candidate attraction using direct and indirect strategies
- Interviewing both active and passive candidates.
- Lead generation.
- Job order management maintaining client and candidate control throughout
- Participation in company sponsored events
- Assessing technical match and competency
This is a very broad role that's made up of so many moving pieces. We provide a structured on boarding program with ongoing training on the job and at interstate locations regularly. The management team will offer structure and support on a daily basis with as much or as little feedback as you want or need.
Typically successful people in this role have had experience in accounting for at least a couple of years and have completed a relevant degree. If you're seeking a change but want to use your technical experience in a consultative capacity we want to hear from you. What we all have in common is:
