This international organisation is the leader in its field, with their continuous growth, they are looking for a Team Administrator to join their Port Melbourne team.
Reporting to the Head of Department your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Extensive diary, calendar and email management
- Event coordination and management
- Formatting and distribution of correspondences
- Creation and distribution of reports both internally and externally
- Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required
To be successful in this role, you are confident in managing a variety of tasks.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail and have exceptional grammar.
You MUST have a tertiary qualification.
You will ideally have experience supporting a Sales and/or Recruitment Team
You will have unlimited working rights in Australia.
