Our client is an integral part to Australia that helps with the livelihood of the Australian public. An organisation that has several subsidiaries creating an exciting opportunity, whilst bringing a challenging environment within itself. With a makeup of both permanent employees as well as volunteers we are looking for an experienced consultant to help safeguard our client. This assignment provides the ability to develop a cyber security roadmap from ground up and educate executive directors on the importance of security. As part of our clients ongoing commitment to put security at the forefront, we are looking for a self-starter, that is able to work independently whilst liaising with the wider business to understand current processes.
Reporting directly into the Chief Information Officer, the Cyber security consultant will carry several core responsibilities around preparing the organisation;

You will be an impressive cyber security consultant, you will show a high level of written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and succinct manner. with a background in working alongside executive members. You will be policy and procedure driven, with a desire to achieve tangible results in a stretching timeframe.
