Robert Half are working with a dynamic and instantly recognisable organisation in the entertainment sector, based in Melbourne's inner suburbs. A fun and supportive working environment, close to public transport, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join them on a 12-14 month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, working in a fast paced environment responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments, the day to day duties of the Accounts Payable Officer/Royalties Officer include:
- End to end Accounts Payable - Assisting Royalty Accountant with processes and reports - Processing and paying all invoices - Handling Accounts Payable queries - Manage company credit cards - Ad hoc tasks as required - Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
You will have at least 2-3 years high volume accounts payable experience and will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment - previous experience in the entertainment sector and experience in the payment of royalties would be very highly regarded.
You will be energetic and have excellent customer service and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
