The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting multiple Payroll positions within various industries including Healthcare, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Tourism, etc.

Our clients are looking for experienced payroll professionals who can utilise their prior payroll skills and experience to hit the ground running and add immediate value.

Theses temporary contacts vary in length from short-term to temporary to permanent opportunities.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the End to end Payroll process for the organisation
  • Processing New starters, Terminations, Redundancies
  • Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, Sick Leave calculations
  • Maternity / Paternity leave calculations
  • Resolving payroll queries
  • Managing PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax
  • Payroll reporting
  • Managing year-end payroll related duties

Your Profile

To be successful, you will have:

  • 3+ years end to end payroll experience
  • Proven experience using large Payroll systems such as: Chris21, PayGlobal, ADP, Micropay. Preceda
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
  • Exception attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service approach
