The roles are always changing depending on the organisation and it's needs. However, your success will be dependent on proven experience in reception and/or administration in combination with you adaptability.
Key reponsibilities and duties include;
* Answering phones/operating switchboard
* Administration support including writing up reports
* Liaising across all levels of the business
* Assist with managing expenses
* Answering calls and queries
* Maintaining and updating systems
* Customer service support
You will be proficient within Microsoft Suite and have at least 2 years support experience. You will have a can do attitude and a proactive working attitude.
