The Hr Administrator is responsible for the recruitment process from coordinating interviews to processing staff inductions. This role is assisting the Payroll division and onboarding staff within the company's operation division.
Key Skills include:
* Having minimum of 2+ experience in Hr and Administration
* Managing new starters and staff inductions
* Assisting with admin tasks
* Onboarding of staff, including interview bookings, and training organization.
You will be an easy going individual who likes to get the work done. The right personality will be someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously but can work autonomously to complete the day to day administrative tasks. A enthusiastic attitude is a must in this position!
