The Role

As the Admin and Events Officer, you will support the Marketing team with projects, publications, finance and administration. Your main duties will include;

  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate team
  • Mail management, filing, document production
  • Planning and organising functions and events
  • Planning conferences and training
  • Processing payments and running budgets
  • Coordinating the content of the company webpage
  • Managing events
  • Managing Social Media campaigns This job is on a temporary basis and based in Melbourne CBD.This is a flexible Part Time Opportunity!
