The Melbourne office is growing rapidly and as such are looking to add a highly driven Consultant to their team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, in addition to dealing with existing clients, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of clients through business development activities including, but not limited to, connecting to potential clients by phone, face to face meetings and networking within the Melbourne business community.
Our Recruitment Consultants operate a 360 methodology whereby, not only will you be responsible for business generation, but also candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, skills evaluation, interviewing, referencing and representation in the marketplace. You will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large. As such, you will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business sequentially in order to maximize revenues thus ensuring your success.

To be successful in this role, you will either be an experienced Consultant with a proven track record of achievement in personal billings, have worked in business to business sales or you will have had a solid career as a Technology/Finance professional and be looking to apply your Industry knowledge in this new and exciting career.
