Team Assistant Supporting a Busy Recruitment Team

This fast paced multinational security company has taken the industry by storm. With their continuous growth, they have dominated their market internationally especially within Australasia. The Team Administrator role has become available immediately for the next 3 to 4 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional Administrator.
* Travel coordinator - research and book training venues
* General administration
* Adhoc duties
* Intermediate knowledge of excel
* Formating and distribution of correspondences
* Meeting coordination and diary management
* Database management
The successful person for this role will be highly presentable both internally and with external contacts / clients. You will have the ability to multitask and have strong time management skills.
You will be competent in Microsoft Office, basic to intermediate skills in Excel.
A strong knowledge of Melbourne and regional areas.
A minimum 2 years' experience performing a variety of administration duties in accordance with the duties detailed is a MUST!
