Our client is currently spearheading in the property industry and due to its continuous growth they are currently seeking a proactive individual to be a part of their success. Reporting to the Division Manager, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Supporting a team of 3
- Meeting coordination and diary management
- High level of Stakeholder management
- Marketing coordination with in house and external agencies
- Organise and coordinate training and procedures
- Database management
- Contract and report preparations
- Employee expenses
- Other ad hoc duties as required
This is integral role within the team and require someone who wants to take ownership of a senior position responsible for coordinating multiple resources.
To be successful in this role, you are confident in managing a variety of tasks. You will find yourself collaborating with other members of the team whilst at times working autonomously. Being systems savvy, you take pride in your system skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with CRM system and Adobe InDesign would be an advantage. You will have a strong eye for detail and be able to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines - excellent time management is essential!
