Our client is currently spearheading in the investment industry and due to its continuous growth they are currently seeking a proactive individual to be a part of their success. You will find yourself as an integral part of a dynamic team supporting and reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Formatting and distribution of correspondences
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Database management
- Travel coordination and diary management
- Stakeholder management
- Report Preparation
- Employee expenses
- Other ad hoc duties as required
This is integral role within the team and require someone who wants to take ownership of a senior position responsible for supporting the CEOs office.
To be successful in this role, you are confident in managing a variety of tasks. Attributes such as discretion, professionalism and proactive are what describes your work ethics best. You will find yourself collaborating with other members of the team whilst also at times working autonomously. Being systems savvy, you take pride in your system skills, most especially Microsoft Office Suite. You will have a strong eye for detail and be able to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines - excellent time management is essential!
