Robert Half is currently recruiting for globally recognised, ASX listed organisation who is a leader in its industry. Join a supportive, tenured team whose modern offices are based on the outskirts of the CBD. This is a 6-12 month temporary contract opportunity starting ASAP.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, and as part of a supportive finance team your duties will include:

* Daily, high volume receipting
* Daily/weekly Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
* Intercompany reconciliations
* Monthly journal processing
* Managing the petty cash for 5 offices
* Managing foreign currencies
* Monthly banking
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholder queries
* Ad-hoc duties as requested

Your Profile

* 2 years + experience in a similar Receipting/Reconciliations Officer role
* Large ERP system experience (Oracle will be highly regarded)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own work load
* Good time management skills
* Willingness to learn and pick up new processes quickly
* A problem solver with a flexible approach to work
