Due to the acquisition of another impressive organisation an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team has presented itself.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Program Manager, the role will require you to galvanise your team to implement a multifaceted HR platform. To fulfil this role, you as the Project Manager will;

  • Deliver a HR management platform using Agile methodology.
  • Administer Change Management throughout the process.
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team, SMEs and vendors to implement a brand new digital product.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders as well as negotiate their expectations.
  • Drive the operation from end to end with a hands-on approach.
  • Function as the bridge between multiple facets of the business and IT.

Your Profile

To be the successful candidate you will have impressive Project Management foundations in a diverse range of environments.

You will thrive in complex environments, whilst building upon your individual project management skills and constantly adding delivery intelligence to all facets of the operation. This role calls for someone who deeply values influencing the progression of others as well as well as guiding people through change.

  • Extensive Project Management experience in delivering complex system implementations.
  • Scrum Master certified and confident in multiple Agile practices.
  • Experience facilitating Change Management throughout an entire organisation.
  • Experience in delivering HR management systems or similar such as SAP.
  • Excellent stakeholder/vendor management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources across multiple business units.
  • Exceptional observational, analytic and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A motivational and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment.
