The Project Analyst role reports through to the Senior Project Manager and involves supporting the projects team as it delivers a breadth of business and technology projects. Projects range in size and nature. Some have a tech focus as you help to role out software and systems, whilst other projects involve business continuity, process improvement, product development, and compliance. The positions suits a project analyst with a dynamic approach who can quickly reorientate their thinking as they move from one piece of work to the next. This role will also see you work on project delivery from end to end and you will be an integral part of the business, linking together internal business areas, and also working closely with external business partners and clients.
It is vital that this person has brilliant communication, organisation, and an analytical mindset. You will be working with a very bright and capable project manager and have plenty of opportunities for growth and development but will also be expected and trusted to work autonomously in your role.

Given the nature of the business it will be to your advantage if you have worked in the finance, compliance, regulatory or cards domain. Equally the most important things are that you have a solid grounding in project support as either an analyst or pm, and that you take an intelligent and hardworking approach to your role.
You should have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving. You should also be highly adaptable and be comfortable simultaneously assisting in the delivery of software, regulatory, and continuous improvement projects. You should have a working knowledge of different project methodologies and apply your knowledge and creativity to provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Your experience and skills should include most, if not all:
In addition, you will have an IT/Business/Mathematical degree or other relevant technical/project/delivery qualifications.
