They are focused on delivering a unique, personalised service to their clients and pride themselves on their expertise in a range of areas including, Corporate Finance, Tax, Wealth Management and a range of other services. This organisation is looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join their national team based in Melbourne.

The Role

Gaining exposure to recruitment, employee relations and engagement, as well as learning and development as the People and Culture Advisor you will report directly to the General Manager of People and Culture, the role will have a range of duties and responsibilities including;

  • Managing the full life-cycle of the organisations national Graduate recruitment
  • Provide advice across the organisation on a range of HR matters including coaching on sensitive and managerial matters such as performance management and
  • Manage end-to-end the recruitment of a wide range of position from liaising with Hiring Managers, creating job descriptions, posting Ads, conducting interviews and on-boarding processes
  • Creation of employment contracts, conducting salary and performance reviews as well as working on the development of national HR processes

Your Profile

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in either HR or similar. You will have HR Generalist experience and MUST have experience in end-to-end Graduate recruitment. You will have strong relationship building skill with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organisation. Strong written and verbal communication are essential along with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
