An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a reputable organisation located in Melbourne's CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress with your payroll career with a well-known organisation that provides a supportive environment and a great leader.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for:
- Fortnightly payroll processing for approximately 3000 employees
- Processing new starters and terminations
- EBA and Award interpretation
- Resolve difficult queries and providing high standard of customer service
- Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of the payroll process
This position requires a self-motivated Payroll Officer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous exposure to a time and attendance system, in particularly Kronos, would be highly advantageous.
