A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part-Time Payroll Officer to join a well-established and highly reputable retail company in Melbourne's CBD on a permanent basis. Their impressive and modern office space is in an enviable location that brings you close to public transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running as a Payroll Officer that allows you to showcase your full function payroll skills, whilst being in a supportive environment.
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, the duties as Payroll Officer will include:
- Processing fortnightly payroll
- Processing new starters and terminations
- Reconciliation of payroll and reporting
- Accounts Payables & preparing EFT payruns
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
This position requires a hard-working Payroll Officer with a minimum of 2 years' experience, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills with a high attention to detail. Previous experience using a large payroll system would be advantageous but is not essential.
