Robert Half are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well respected not-for-profit organisation based in the CBD.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a stand alone role. Your duties will include:
- End to end payroll preparation and processing of monthly employee payroll
- Superannuation payments and reconciliations
- Maintaining employee files
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Leave calculations
- Processing terminations, redundancies, retirements
- PAYG and Payment summaries
- Interpreting awards
- Liaise and assist HR department as required
To be successful, you will have proven experience in an end to end, stand alone payroll position. You will excellent system skills including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are also essential for this role.
