Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive payroll team on a 3 day per week basis.
This a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the wider finance team on an ongoing temporary basis with a strong view to go permanent.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include but is not limited to:
- End to end processing of the fortnightly payroll
- Processing New starters, Terminations,
- Complex EBA & Award interpretations
- Managing and resolving payroll related queries
- Leave calculations
- Payroll reporting
To be successful, you will be a skilled and knowledgeable Payroll Officer who is able to utilise their prior payroll experience to hit the ground running. Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills coupled with a customer service approach is imperative for this role. A high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skill and a flexible approach to work is essential.
