The Role

Some of the duties include:

  • Scheduling and planning meetings

  • Maintaining busy calendars for team

  • Managing travel arrangement

  • Preparing travel and expense reports

  • Overseeing general office management

  • Ad hoc administration duties

Your Profile

To be succesful in this ositon you will have the following:

  • Previus experience working in an asset management comapny

  • Supported a ales team in a corpoarte setting

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

  • High level of organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
