My client is a large organisation that has a great name in the market. The company has brilliant work life balance with a fantastic vibe & atmosphere in the office.
Reporting and working along side the HR manager, the HR team with a variety of tasks.
- You MUST have previous HRIS experience in ADP Payforce
- Solid admin experience, ideally with exposure to a HR
- Previous reporting and data experience
- Experience updating and producing rosters
- The ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and tasks
- Confidence and resilience to work in a sometimes confronting and diverse environment with various kinds of people
- Attention to detail and a pro-active attitude.
You will be someone who has experience working under pressure and in a very fast paced environment. Your background should demonstrate extensive administration experience. You need to be personable, focused, professional and have a strong eye for attention to detail to succeed in this position.
