Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to start immediately in this 3 month temporary assignment. Based in the CBD, you will be able to utilise your finance and administration skills in this diverse role.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
* Accounts Payable
* Invoice processing
* Dealing with finance related queries
* Updating financial reports
* Event management
* General office support
* Drafting documents
* Ad-hoc duties as requested
To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic and proactive candidate who is able to utilise their previous expertise to hit the ground running in this Finance Administrator role. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail and customer service approach to work is essential. Previous ERP system experience along with intermediate Excel skills is also essential.
