Your role as a Customer Services Officer reports into the COO and is within the growing operations team. You are responsible for handling high volume inbound enquiries via phone and e-mail. Your role is to respond, resolve and investigate in order to give customers the best fitted solution for their circumstance.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who is hard working and understands the importance of team work. You will have Financial experience, this is essential.
You will need to be someone who prides themselves on their strong attention to detail, has a great phone manner and enjoys providing solution focused customer service.
