My client launches and operates online retail businesses specializing in women's apparel and pleasure products! They are a global business, operating in various overseas countries including Australia. They have over 1.6 million customers and are known as the best in the market.
Excellent customer service is critical and important to their business; they pride themselves in being the best in customer service. They are looking for a like-minded person who is able to work in a small team to deliver exceptional customer service. As the Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for providing only the best customer service to their customers via phone, emails and live chat.
Responsibilities include & not limited to;
* Managing all inbound & outbound customer queries via email, phone & live chat
* Managing returns
* Soft upselling
* Support all customer service administration duties
* Working closely with other departments to continuously improve the customer experience
This role is Monday to Friday - 8.30 to 5.30pm.
This position requires someone who has a great personality and work ethic, exceptional communication skills and has the ability to work well in a small team.
Proven experience within customer service office based job is a must and exposure working for an online business will be highly advantageous.
