The Company


Our client within the Real Estate industry and based in the CBD are seeking a customer service Manager to join their close-knit team.



The Role


To establish and maintain customer relationships by exceeding customer expectations and to motivate and lead the team to increase performance.

* Contact point and follow up for customer queries/complaints
* Maintain positive relationship with all customers
* Support the team by providing information/assistant as required
* Manage the team to ensure they are motivated and performing to the best of their ability
* Taking many inbound calls and assisting customer with queries
* Providing requested information to customers regarding their accounts
* Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve customer account queries & issues
* Data entry and general administration



About You


To be successful in this position you will have the following skills:
* Experience in a customer service in a call center environment
* At least 3 years of team leader or management experience is a must!
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Problem solving skills.
* Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Conflict resolution.
* Complaint resolution.


This role is a full-time temporary to permanent opportunity which would suit someone with full working rights.
