The Role

As a key member of the leadership team you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders across functions. Your impressive experience will shine as you lead the Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Operations, Administration and Board Secretary functions for the Australian entity. In this highly varied role, your creativity will be called on to develop and implement various initiatives to streamline processes.

Tap into your outstanding interpersonal skills becaus you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to meet their objectives and achieve business plans for the year.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified with CA/CPA designation or equivalent
  • Foundation understanding of IT controls and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels in an organisation
  • Exceptional experience spanning 5 years in a finance leadership position; ideally in the non-profit sector.

You are detail oriented - even when multi-tasking. You are adaptable, able to work to deadlines, and you know how to shine in a supporting role. Your strong interpersonal skills make you a true leader, able to motivate others and be motivated in return.
