My client is one of Australia's leading providers of aged care with locations across Australia. They are very proud of their reputation for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all of their residents in which their health care and personal needs are always attended to in a professional and caring manner.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working on a dual reception desk, your role will involve:
- Switchboard Management
- Management of Reception
- Co-ordinating meetings and managing meeting rooms
- Meet and greet clients
- General Administration
- Distributing all incoming mail
You will be a highly organized and professional Corporate Receptionist. You will have a bright personality and have the ability to interact with many different types of clients.
Previous switchboard experience will be highly beneficial! The right candidate will have the ability to multi task and work in a busy environment. You will have a proactive attitude with a 'hands on' approach. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity!
